Ray has been involved in the Financial Services, Business Consulting and Property Development industries for 40 years. He worked for ANZ for 10 years in both lending and investment management roles, and in 1991 started with national stockbroking/financial services group, Lonsdale Limited, and grew into a leadership role and shareholder.

Ray held direct responsibility for growing the QLD financial planning group and marketing Lonsdale Limited's software, stockbroking and research products to other Stockbrokers and Financial Planning Groups. Ray held these and other management roles until Lonsdale Limited was sold to Zurich in August 1998.

In 1999, Ray started a boutique Financial Advisory firm, Armitage Group Pty Ltd and by December 2002, had developed some unique Intellectual Property for providing advice to clients and Armitage Group was ultimately acquired by AXA in April 2004. Since 2004 Ray has continued to provide consulting services to high net worth Australian and International business owners as well as running his family-owned Property Development and Business projects.

Ray contributes significant knowledge and experience in Banking and the broader Financial Services sector including the Property Development industry and is a proven business builder and team leader over many years.

Lance Stewart has been involved in the construction industry for over forty years as an award-winning lighting designer and Consultant on Thematics, Signage, Streetscapes, Interpretation and Lighting. Notable clients include McDonald's (McOpCo), the Australian Sports Commission and Gladstone Ports Corporation.

He is a published author and playwright, inventor, and a Life Fellow of the Illumination Engineering Society.

Lance is the Managing Director of a high-technology control system manufacturer which exports globally with notable installations at the Vancouver and Sydney Olympics, throughout the Queensland Rail network and within landmark and major CBD signage including for Suncorp and Telstra.

As a partner in Stalcaire, Lance brings a wealth of thematic, theatrical and creative experience to the team.

Following senior roles with major accounting firms Price Waterhouse and Ernst and Young John established his own consultancy business in 1985. That business has grown to an enterprise boasting a number of national and international clients including the likes of the European Commission. Among other roles John ran a GST consulting team which went on to win a number of major national contracts as well as directly influencing legislative and operational changes to Australia's GST introduction.

Formally trained in accounting, law and international trade John is highly experienced in problem solving, innovating, and assisting high growth businesses to successfully grow. John is an experienced Company director and author on topics such as Governance and commercialization. Up until recently John was Chairman of Metro Arts where he oversaw multiple new site acquisitions, re-developments, feasibility assessments, DA processes, and the eventual successful market sale of that Organization's CBD building.

As a partner in Stalcaire, John brings extensive business acumen, networks, and governance experience.
